“The Republican Primary in South Dakota is the big race. It incensed me because I’m an American citizen. I have the right to vote, and the national Constitution has given me that right to vote. I qualify nationally to vote, but a group of people in this state have decided that I can’t vote in an election that I’m helping to pay for. I find that morally repugnant.”
