“I don’t think that I know everything. So I know there’s issues I’m wrong on, and I know there’s issues I’m probably right on. It’s the same thing for everyone. So I think being able to sit down with people that might disagree with you, have intelligent debate about the issues, and come to some kind of compromise or solution, that’s the way democracy should work. I think a lot of independents realize that, but the people in the two major parties don’t seem to; they just want their way or the highway. It’s a good win if they can force the other person to do what they want without even talking about it. I’m very much against that.”
